The following policy describes the procedures and policies in accepting: (a) Product cancellations before the product is delivered to a user; or (b) Product returns, once a product has been delivered to a user after purchase from the platform. Any return, exchange, or cancellation of products by users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this policy.
1.1 Cancellation before dispatch
1.1.1. A user is permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to the order processing. We reserve rights to accept or decline cancellation requests based on the order status. You may write to us at email@example.com, within 12 hours of order placement requesting a full/ partial cancellation along with a reason for the same.
1.1.2. Upon successfully placing an order on the platform and after we have successfully handed over the order to the respective vendor, the user will receive a confirmation email along with regular order status updates.
1.1.3. In all events of cancellation prior to the processing of the purchased product, we shall initiate refunds within 7-10 business days from the date on which it received the request by the user.
1.1.4 We, as a third-party platform reserve rights to decide if an order has been processed and if the cancellation request can be accepted. The users shall respect the decision made by the platform and the efforts of the brand partners.
1.2. We do not accept the cancellation of orders post-processing or post 12 hours of order placement.
Returns & Exchange terms
The Returns and Exchanges requested are subject to the policy inputs by our brand partners. The makers of the products must be the ultimate authority to decide what best fits their efforts.
2.0 Returns/ Exchange requests-
2.1.1 Returns requests shall only be accepted in case of damages or manufacturing defects. To initiate a return request, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the order number and clear visual attachments of the identified defect or damage.
2.1.2 Exchange requests can be made on the grounds of sizing and for other grounds, exchange requests are subject to the brand partner’s discretion.
2.1.3 Return requests entertained on grounds of defects/ damages shall be logistically handled by our brand partners and a replacement product shall be shipped, however, return logistics for Exchange requests shall be borne by the users and it is expected that they ship the product (with tags/add-ons intact) to the locations as communicated via the channel of communication.
2.1.4 To initiate a Return/Exchange request, write to us at email@example.com along with the order number and a reason for the request being made. Our team shall respond within 24 hours over email with a confirmation or disapproval (based on order status) and in a few crucial cases, over Whatsapp/call.
2.1.5 For all Return/Exchange requests, the users should ensure the tags, add-ons, and packaging is intact before initiating a request.
2.1.6 We do not accept Return/ Exchange requests for custom-made orders.
2.2 Events invalid for Return/ Exchange requests
2.2.1 The product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. In case we are convinced that the product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, the platform reserves the right to reject the return/exchange of the product.
2.2.2 The product has been washed.
2.2.3 The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, or accompanying accessories have been damaged/discarded by the user.
2.2.4 The serial number/IMEI number/bar code of the product/ order number as applicable, does not match records.
2.2.5 There are any damages, tears, stains, or any other compromisations to the products or any part thereof.
2.2.6 If the user in any way breaches the Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy.
2.2.7 The product is custom-made.
